Guests can meet and interact with micro-mini Highland cows, miniature fainting goats, a miniature donkey, alpacas and a pony. Stable Leadership of Jersey Ridge Ranch
Provides experiential leadership development through working with horses (no previous horse experience needed). Designed for corporate teams, sports teams, working groups and professional groups. These sessions use guided on the ground activities to strengthen communication, build trust, enhance emotional awareness, and develop effective leadership skills. Each program is thoughtfully structured and tailored to meet the specific goals and challenges of the group.
