LEADERSHIP AND EQUINE ASSISTED LEARNING

We offer facilitated, ground-based equine-assisted learning experiences designed to improve leadership presence, communication, and team cohesion.  Unlike traditional workshops and courses, participants are actively engaged in an authentic farm setting, and receive immediate, honest feedback through interaction with horses - no riding and no previous horse experience required.

Our programs are designed to develop your corporate leadership teams as a whole.  Your team will work alongside horses to explore leadership, communication, and collaboration.

At the heart of our work is a deep belief that strong leadership, resilient teams, and meaningful connection are built through experience-not theory alone.

We are Dave and Paula Gregory, partners in life and leadership development, bringing decades of real-world experience in high-pressure environments to equine-assisted learning and team development.

​

Dave has spent his career leading teams in some of the most demanding and high stakes environments imaginable.  As a Fire Chief, he understands firsthand the importance if clear communication, trust accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure. 

​

Throughout his leadership career, Dave has worked with teams where performance, safety, and outcomes depend on the ability to function cohesively in moments of uncertainty.  His experience brings practical, grounded perspective to leadership development -rooted in real consequences, teamwork, and resilience.

​

Dave supports participants in translating insights from equine-assisted learning into practical, actionable leadership skills that apply directly to the workplace.

​

Paula brings over 16 years of experience as a school principal, leading diverse teams through change, growth, and complex organizational challenges.  She holds a Master's degree in Leadership development and is a Certified Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator.  

​

Throughout her career, Paula has focused on building strong, emotionally intelligent teams, fostering psychological safety, and supporting individuals through periods of stress and transition.  Her leadership philosophy blends evidence-based practice with trauma-informed, human centered approach. 

​

Paula designs and facilitates equine-assisted learning experiences that help individuals and teams develop self-awareness, improve communication, and build sustainable leadership capacity. 

​
