Best for Executives, Managers and Emerging Leaders ​Duration: Half Day or Full Day ​Group Size: 6-20​ This experiential program helps leaders explore how their presence, communication, and emotional state impact others.  Through guided interaction with horses, participants practice leading with clarity, confidence and intention without relying on authority or control.  Key Focus Areas Leadership presence and self-awareness Clear communication and boundary setting Decision-making under pressure Emotional regulation and influence Outcomes Increase leadership confidence Improved clarity and trust Stronger emotional intelligence 

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule an event please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. If for any reason, JRR has to cancel, the event will be rebooked at an agreeable time or a full refund will be given. Events canceled less than 7 days in advance that are not able to be be rebooked are subject to full fees. Weather, unless extreme, will not be a valid reason to cancel without rebooking.
